RETURN POLICY

Since each of our products are uniquely prepared to the highest standard, we do not accept returns. However we are here to answer any questions and concerns at ppcandlecompany@gmail.com and may offer a replacement product under particular circumstances. A valid receipt/ order number must be presented for proof of purchase. Replacements for our products purchased from other retailer may differ from this policy. If your item is damaged upon arrival please email us immediately within 48 hours with photo proof. We are happy to replace broken items provided a claim is made within 48 hours.
